Overview

Join us in a unique marine conservation experience in Guatemala, where we are privileged to witness the life cycle of sea turtles. On this exciting tour, you will learn about the six species of sea turtles that visit our shores and the threats they face due to industrial fishing and illegal egg harvesting. After approximately 45 days, the newly born turtles are released helping to keep the population of these endangered species alive.

Day 1

Meet the instructor at Hotel Maya Jade.

You will start learning from the turtle species in Guatemala.

Enjoy the release of turtles.

At the end you can spend the day using the hotel's facilities.
