Itinerary
Day 2
1:00 p.m. – Village tour around Antigua. Visit the Macadamia Farm in San Miguel Dueñas, the Old Town Church, a Jade Factory in San Pedro Las Huertas, and the Chocolate and Loquat Wine Factory in San Juan del Obispo.
8:00 a.m. – Cultural walking tour of Antigua Guatemala (3 hours), discovering its baroque architecture, churches, convents, and historical monuments
Day 3
11:00 a.m. - Departure on a 4x4 collective tour to Acatenango Volcano. Includes 4x4 transportation, a local guide, three meals, accommodation in a cabin or dome, sleeping bag, and jackets.
Not included: Optional hike to Fuego Volcano (extra cost of Q250 per person to be paid on site).
Day 4
Descent of the Acatenango Volcano and return to Antigua. The rest of the day is free to relax, explore the city, or participate in optional activities.
Day 5
Departure at 5:30 a.m. for Lake Atitlán. The tour includes breakfast, round-trip transportation from Antigua, a local guide, a boat ride, and visits to the picturesque towns of San Pedro La Laguna, San Juan La Laguna, and Santiago Atitlán.
Day 6
Private transfer from Antigua Guatemala to the international airport for your return flight.
