Visas and Immigration

Compilation of all information on visas to access the countries of Central America and the Dominican Republic, as well as the contact telephone numbers of the Red Cross and the Police of each country, as well as the biosafety provisions.

Some of the summary provisions are:

• Monitoring and application of the health protocols recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO).
• Closing of air, land and sea borders in the 8 countries of the region. The only exceptions are to guarantee the flow of goods and humanitarian flights.
• Quarantines and mobility restrictions have been established within each of the territories.
• Financial measures have been taken to alleviate tax burdens, bank, mortgage and service payments, as well as the provision of economic aid to the informal sector directly affected by the restrictive mobility measures.
• Measures have been taken to reduce the impact on the dynamic sectors of the economies.
